For international orders, including orders to the United States, Australia, and other countries, delivery will be made within approximately 10–20 business days after payment is completed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

For countries not listed above, if you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery times, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. If your item does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us via the inquiry form.

We do not accept returns or exchanges after payment has been completed.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, a shipping error, or damage during delivery, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product, ensuring that all product tags, accessories, and packaging materials are included.

After verification, we will arrange for a return or exchange.

During the checkout process, please enter your code in the "Add discount" field displayed on the checkout screen.

After entering the code, click "Apply," and

the discounted price will be displayed.

After your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Please note that, as our products are shipped from an overseas warehouse, tracking information may not be updated immediately after shipment.

For orders within Japan, tracking information will usually become available after your package arrives in Japan (approximately 4–5 days after shipment).

For international orders, including the US, Australia, and other countries, tracking information and delivery status may take approximately 8–10 days after shipment to be updated, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
